easiertranslator was founded in Rome in 2014 by translators who had spent years inside large agencies watching quality decline under volume pressure. The model we settled on is smaller, slower, and more careful than most of what you will find in the market.

We work with a network of specialist translators who are qualified in both the language and the subject. Medical translators have clinical backgrounds. Literary translators read widely in both languages. Legal translators understand the relevant legal systems. The subject knowledge is not optional.

Being based in Lazio means we understand Italian regulatory requirements, Italian business communication norms, and the specific demands of Italian clients dealing with international markets. We also understand what international clients need when they are communicating with Italian audiences.

All work is delivered digitally. Files go in, translated files come out. We work in all standard document formats and most specialised formats for subtitling, software localisation and regulatory submissions.
