These terms govern all translation and interpretation services provided by easiertranslator, Via Ildebrando della Giovanna, 157, 00166 La Massimina-Casal Lumbroso, Roma (RM), Italy.
All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped. All prices are in EUR and exclude Italian VAT (IVA) where applicable.
Payment is processed via Stripe. Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment. For large projects, 50% deposit may be requested before work begins.
Delivery timelines are confirmed in the project quote. Timelines begin from receipt of complete source materials and are subject to client feedback at review stages.
easiertranslator treats all client materials as confidential. Translators are bound by confidentiality obligations. NDA arrangements are available on request.
Italian law applies. Jurisdiction: Roma (RM), Italy. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
